All bookings made online will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation. If you cancel before midday the day before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund, minus a $5 admin fee. If you cancel after midday the day prior to your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.

Arrival times are between 12 midday and 8pm. Anyone wishing to arrive outside of these hours needs to discuss their requirements with the hosts prior to day of arrival.
Checkout: Checkout time is 8-10am. If you need to check out earlier, please speak with staff the day before to arrange.
Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be validated at time of booking. No charge will be made against the card unless you fail to give notice of cancellation by at least 12 midday the day before you are due to arrive. If you fail to do this the first night's accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card if we cannot re-let the accommodation.
Payment: Full payment to be made on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.
